The Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is one of more than 100 worldwide chapters. Our primary mission is to promote fraud prevention and detection through educational training programs. The Chapter meets bimonthly on the last Wednesday of every even month of the year in downtown Seattle from 2:30-5:00pm for continuing professional education. We meet at 1000 Second Avenue in the 28th floor conference room of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The June meeting is always our annual luncheon business meeting which includes one hour of free CPE. The luncheon meeting is free for Chapter members and $15 for nonmembers. The late October meeting is our annual Fraud Conference sponsored jointly with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Participants may register for one or two days of training, depending on their continuing professional education needs. The Association sets the fee for this training class. The early December meeting is a one day conference sponsored jointly with the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. The WSCPA sets the fee for this training class. Thanks for you interest in the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. We look forward to your future participation in the life and times of the Chapter.
